IncrEdibles Cookery Workshops – Kew Gardens

As part of Kew Gardens' IncrEdibles festival in summer 2013, Continental Drifts produced a four-week cookery programme that explored the fascinating world of edible plants from every corner of the globe. We brought in a state-of-the-art, fully branded mobile kitchen, located in an impressive hexagon tent.

Each morning the kitchen hosted two cookery workshops for children using edible plants from Kew’s Global Kitchen Garden. In the afternoon the tent was transformed into a theatre with cookery demonstrations taking place for Kew’s adult guests. We worked with incredible chefs on this project, including 2006 MasterChef winner Peter Bayless.

"A massive thank you for providing the kitchen for us this summer. We’ve had some great feedback, in terms of the content, but also how well managed it was re: build, delivery and strike. We’d love to work with you again in the future."
