Sherry Institute of Spain

Continental Drifts worked with the Sherry Institute of Spain over a number of years to help reposition the brand. We created and toured a bespoke stand to a number of food and drink related shows across the UK, including Taste of London.

We also created a special pop-up bar in Spitalfields with a menu of incredible tapas matched with different sherry wines. Customers could purchase a trio of sherries matched perfectly to delicious finger food. The bar was designed to be a contemporary slice of Spain in the heart of London. We also took a smaller version of the bar to food and wine festivals in Brighton, York and Manchester.

In total we reached over 20,000 people. We also managed a press launch hosted by Heston Blumenthal in Shoreditch House, which resulted in great exposure for sherry as a brand.
